26 in 26

This past birthday, I made a list of 26 things to do in my 26th year. My 26 in 26 list.

All of these items are going ot be checked off by the time I turn 27 on 12-28-2012.

Below is my list, what I’ve accomplished and a link to the post if I blogged about it!

Laura’s 26 in 26 list:

1. Read 4 of the Sherlock Holmes stories.

2. Swim laps at the gym pool once.

3. Spin for 60 minutes.

4. Get involved in one DDA event.

5. Try a trampoline fitness class.

6. Organize (or help organize) a DFW blogger meet up.

7. Try using raw beets for a recipe.

8. Get the tow numbers off my car windshield.  DONE

9. Try one recipe from each cookbook I own. You can read recaps for each cookbook and recipe here.

10. Do 5 real pushups in a row.

12. Go to a concert. Lady Antebellum on 2/18

13. Volunteer for a race.

14. Participate by running or walking in 8 races. Hotcake Hustle 5K. Shed2Shack 5K.

15. Get 70,000 steps with my fitbit in one week. Week of 1/9 to 1/15 – 71,016

16. Get 80,000 steps with my fitbit in one week.

17. Find/drink a really good Mead.

18. Juice every day for one week.

19. Ride on a boat.

20. Make homemade pasta.

21. Find Waldo in every single puzzle in the Waldo collection.

22. Cut my hair above my shoulders. Did this in January!

23. Go to the movies alone.

24. Make my own preserves from scratch.

25. Make a homemade wreath.

26. Go hiking.

I love your list! I’m doing something similar. It looks like we have some similar goals to work on this year!
