Hi everyone!
I have a test today over protein metabolism and I just started studying about an hour ago. Whoops! I was so caught up last night reading Something Borrowed, I didn’t even start studying!
This book is amazing! I started it Sunday night and finished it last night. I definitely recommend reading it and I can’t wait to see the movie!
So this brings my grand total of books read in 2011 to 2. Clearly I’m behind on my goal, but I think I’ve found a genre and author I really like and plan on reading her other 4 books in the near future.

Based on the trailer for the movie – it looks like it will be much different than the book – but I’m excited anyway!
Last night I didn’t have much time (gym plus the studying I planned to do) so I threw together a dinner in 5 minutes. Now you know I don’t always cook a big meal from scratch every night!
Rotisserie chicken, 90 second brown rice and red beans packet and a package of green beans with almonds from my freezer. With an applesauce on the side.
My veggies were seriously lacking this past weekend so I wanted to make up for it last night! It was a very delish, super quick meal that left me full!
And if any of you are nail polish fans, check out the Zoya Earth Day exchange offer going on right now. You can buy their nail polish for $4 a bottle (50% off) in lieu of Earth Day right now. They ask that you mail back your old bottles of nail polish, but it isn’t required. You just need to order 6 bottles to get the discount. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their nail polish, it’s very high quality – so check out the offer! I’m going to be ordering mine tonight
And finally, is anyone else participating in the fit blog chat tonight?
I’m planning on join in on the chat tonight. It’s at 9pm EST. Look for me I’m @LLBean75!
Have a great day guys!
Did you eat your green beanies yesterday?

I saw the preview for Something Borrowed this past weekend. It looked really good! I’ll have to add the book to my list. Have you read The Hunger Games? That series (3 books) is fantastic! I read them all in one weekend.
I’ve heard they are very good, but I’m not a big sci-fi fan. Think id still like them?
Definitely! The only sci-fi thing about them is they are set in the future. The characters and romance are very modern day.
