Several people have expressed interest in the January Fitness Challenge I posted this morning.
In order to keep us ALL accountable, I’ve created a google spreadsheet so we can all track our goals as the month goes along.

If you want to participate, create a sheet for your name and set it up however you like! Then log in and you can track each day (or whenever you want)!

This such a great idea! I am going to join in
I have a few fitness goals I want to stick to during my travels and this will help me focus and also be accountable for them!
